How do I enable two-step verification for my account?

Two-step verification helps protect your iicanada.net account from unauthorized access.


Each time you sign in, you will be prompted to enter a verification code which is sent by text or by phone to a number that you have previously configured in your account.


To enable two-step verification, log into your account at https://outlook.office.com and click on the user icon in the top right corner. Then click View my account.



Click Update Info on the security panel or select Security info from the left menu. Confirm your account to proceed.



Then click Enable two-step verification.



Enter the phone number you wish to use and proceed through the verification process.



That's it!

Once successfully verified, you will be sent a new verification code to enter every time you log in.
