How do I reset my account verification information?

When you activated your iicanada.net account, you had to provide an alternate e-mail address or phone number to assist with password recovery or account verification.


From time to time, you will be asked to confirm this information. If your alternate e-mail address or phone number has changed, you can update it as follows.


Log into your account at https://outlook.office.com and click on the user icon in the top right corner. Then click View my account.



Click Update Info on the security panel or select Security info from the left menu. Confirm your account to proceed.



Click the phone number displayed to change it or click Change to change an e-mail address. You will be sent a verification text or e-mail which you will have to confirm before the changes take effect.



It is a good practice to check this information regularly to ensure that it is accurate.
