Log into your mailbox at https://outlook.office.com, click on the user icon in the top right corner, and select “View Account”.
Click Password or Change Password.
Enter your old password and new password with confirmation and click Submit.
If you do not know your old password, you can reset it at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
Enter your e-mail address and the random verification code as shown and click Next.
Choose the authentication method you wish to use (this was set up when you first activated your account).
Follow the on screen instructions to reset your password.
